What to expect
Hello!
After you speak with a member of our team, you’ll be sent paperwork to fill out via email. This allows us to get all of the information we need and gives us a good idea about what you’re struggling with. Be sure to fill it out in its entirety to the best of your ability!

Day One
Your first visit to the office will give us an opportunity to put a face to a name and officially connect with you! We want to make sure you feel as comfortable in our space as we do. Once you feel at home, Dr. Jeremy will complete your initial history. At Catalyst Family Chiropractic, we truly care about your health goals and ask you to provide as much additional detail as you can about your individual needs and concerns.
After connecting one on one with you over your paperwork, we will perform a detailed assessment utilizing our state-of-the-art Insight technology. This is our lens into looking at and assessing your nervous system, to see how your body is adapting and handling stress. This neuro-spinal assessment is an extremely important part of our initial intake process as we are able to test, rather than just guess, how your nervous system is doing.
Rest assured, we will be sure to explain every single aspect of these scans to you before we do them. We want you to understand why we do what we do every step of the way.
Once your history and neuro-spinal scans are finished, we will be sure to leave time at the end of this appointment to answer any questions you have. Please allow the appropriate time needed, as the first appointment will take approximately 30 minutes from start to finish!
If you're a parent to a child with sensory challenges or neuro-developmental delays, we recognize that going into busy, public spaces can be very tough for your kiddos at times. We gladly offer special accommodations in these cases and provide a specific sensory-based assessment for your child. Please let us know before your first visit how we can best serve you and your family. Phone consultations, split office appointment times, or blocked-off hours for an in-office examination are just a few of the accommodations that we are happy to provide. You know your child better than we do. Trust your parent-gut in what will make their experience the best for them!
Day Two
By the time we see you for your second visit to the office, Dr. Jeremy will have gone through your initial history and scans. He will explain what neurologically-based chiropractic care is like. Then the exciting part; going through your scans! He will be sure you understand how to interpret these scans and what the results of each mean to your family's health. We will determine if we can help as well as how long it will take for us to reach the goals you've set out to achieve. All of your questions will be answered and your concerns will be heard. Please note that this appointment can take around 20 to 30 minutes.
After getting the details ironed out, the magic will happen you'll get adjusted!
